I’ve decided that my next midlife crisis will see me cash in my life savings and put a 550 Maranello on the driveway.

The only thing that really concerns me is: who should look after it?

My DB11 has to go to Cheltenham for services and work, which is a pain in arse (I don’t use the Bristol Aston dealer, as they are truly useless) so I’m hoping there is someone a bit closer, within a CF postcode, that can be relied upon for the inevitable variety of issues this car will have.

Any recommendations on a Ferrari specialist, or even someone you’d trust with a 30 year old Italian car?

Ex main dealer bit superb - https://bobhoughton.com/

I would trust QMech - ex red arrows mechanics, lotus specialists, but good near Bridgend
