We arrive in to BKK around 8pm and then fly home on 11am flight - obviously Novotel have a place inside the airport perimeter but does anyone have a recommendation somewhere close enough with good shuttles?

Thanks!

Mrs Puggit found an Airbnb right under the flight path nono

We stayed at the Park Nine, very nice and the restaurant is superb. They have a shuttle although we didn’t bother using it as we were splitting the taxi between 3 of us so it cost pennies.

Edit to add I’ve booked it again for a couple of weeks time. I’ll report back then.

If you want something just cheap and basic the one I stayed in over night was the NASA Vegas (absolutely nothing to do with NASA or Vegas but...)

two minutes from the shuttle train station 15 mins from Airport

It is VERY basic though! For equivalent of £12 for the night (as there was f all to do as during lockdown and curfew kicked in at 10pm) I didn't really care! biggrin

Gold Airport Suites is good too. About £17 per night and right in the flight path is you like plane spotting. Nice pool and restaurant and massage all on site.

Love plane spotting, prefer sleeping!
