Hi guys,

Just had one of the rears on my A110 replaced and they've put on a PS4S DT1 instead of the PS4 DT1 which is on the other wheel. Should I head back and get this changed over or will I be alright?

I’d be tempted to go back. The inconsistency of response would bother me. I suspect it would feel grippier in the dry and less in the wet.

Easy mistake but 100% one they should correct, different spec tyres on the same axle is just wrong.

& you may notice the car no longer accelerates in a straight line - you may get this problem anyway, from one new tyre & one old tyre, even with tyres of the same type, although if this problem is detected in the first 50 miles, it could be due to the release agent from the tyre mould not having worn off your your new tyre.

Cheers, took the car back to get the right one fitted. Other tyre was only on 2k miles so have kept it on.
