Hi guys,

I have just sent an email to both the RBS and One Account outlining how disgusted I am with their response to my problem, both are saying it's nothing to do with them, contact the other!

Would you mind taking 5 minutes to send a quick email of support for Mike And Jon to the following links? Hopefully if we can get enough support then they may feel obliged to help us!!
