GT3 Driver here?

Hi Guys,

I know this is a bit random, and if we posted "Spotted" posts it'd go on forever - but anyone here own the silver GT3 (51 reg) round south east Essex way? (Chelmsford/B'wood) Looked awesome!

Nah, I don't think there are any GT3 owners on this forum. If there are, they're mighty quiet chaps.

There are plenty of Turbo owners though.

Ah...just curious to see if they were a member here - I pulled into the petrol station near me in my C2 (GT3 kit) and the guy in the GT3 walked past and was a right twit saying "he should get a real GT3 'innit' " .. :P

Takes all sorts! Excusing his attitude, it was a lovely car!

Sounds like he could well be from PH, I've encountered this a lot on PH.

Good choice btw (a fellow a aero-kitted C2 owner).

Sounds to me like you have encountered the classic'if it aint a GT3 its pants'attitude that exists in Porsche world.Dont worry about it,it normally comes from people who have never owned one,or try to talk them up to help residuals.

I'm A GT3 fan - got a 997 version on order but all they are is a base car with some nice bits added. The prev. posters have got C2s with nice bits added. Good for them I say. Take no notice of the detracters - half of them are trying to turn their GT3s into RSs anyway so they're on pretty shakey ground IMO.
