Leeds - Strasse / Carlton Porsche

Only a limited experience of Strasse however:
I went in around March this year with an M3 I wanted to trade in for a 996 C4S they had up for sale. Response was "You need to speak to XXXX I'll get him to call you when he's back in with a bid for your car." No call.
Having purchased a 996 C4S elsewhere I called for a quote to get the RMS work done "You need to speak to XXXXX I'll get him to call you when he's back in with a price for the work." No call.
Calling round for prices to convert the headlights to Xenon I called them again a couple of weeks ago and actually got to speak to XXXXX. "I've done a few of these will price it up and call you back in an hour or so." No call.
Only my experience but I won't be bothering them again I want a relaible service. I can understand that they may be very busy and not interested in the two bits of repair type work but can't understand why they would fail to call back a customer who walked into purchase a £50k+ car. Especially one wearing a suit and driving a M3 if I'd turned up in scruffy jeans driving a Nova then yes could have looked like a timewaster. Sad thing is I did like that car and bought a near identifcal one from elsewhere. If they had taken 2 minutes to call I would probably have bought the car from them.

Sorry forgot to say - why not just get the official Porsche insepction? If it passes a few hundred quid more and you can add a Porsche warranty.
