is there a simple way to reset the electrical systems on a 996 cab?? after torrential rain a couple of weeks ago - alarm started playing up - flattened battery - since it was restarted electric windows have a mind of their own and hood is intermittant.

sounds like you have water in something...check unnder passenger seat for any kind of dampness
