The other thread is inconclusive about what peeps are doing.

I've just finished painting and really fancy a quick blat.

Uppingham anyone? For a coffee and natter? Meet at MH at 5.30 or 6.00pm?

Alan, I`ve just been for a squirt round Kettering. Think I`m now gonna stay close to home. Just in case I get a call ...... Gary`s out on his bike towards Melton Mowbray......Other than that it`s looking a bit tumbleweed

And while we were "making progress", you were doing what exactly Mr S? Waiting by the 'phone perhaps?

Damn!!

I could have done with some fellow hooners today. I had the day to myself so I went out in the Elise for a couple of hours just after lunch.

Christ there were some absolute morons on the road today. I've nearly been run of the road FIVE times today by idiots who have no observation skills and don't check their fcuking blind spots! And, on each occasion I was driving at no more than 40 mph!!!

I was trying to remember the three from this morning, but I could only remember the bloke who didn't notice me, even when I was in the middle of the road going over a speed hump. The bloke in Roade who liked my side of the road better than his. I can't remember the other one, can you?

Then this afternoon, I was driving down Monks Way from Newport Pagnell towards the city centre, went to overtake a mini and he started to pull out into my lane when I was beside him. I hooted and he moved back into his lane, and then the bloke in front of him did the same fcuking thing!!!! They obviously don't check before manouveuring out.

Matt, I didn't think about ringing you to be honest, it wasn't until I read this thread that I even thought about it.

Went for one of my usual low-key spins around Kettering. Phone at the ready. hehe But nothing materialised. And yes, I am insane.

So, why not call her (before a hoon) and tell her to have a steak sandwich ready for when you get back, with a chilled beer. Wearing something sexy (her, not the beer)?

But seriously. She was busy today, and still recovering from our friday night out. A quiet drink in the "Snoot" and the "Post" suddenly spiraled wildly out of control!
