You better book it now, as I think they are planning on building 6k houses on it

IIRC the developer is allowed to build 6,000 houses

.... but only if he also builds another lane on the motorway down to the M25

It's great fun.

Although you may get some damage to the paintwork on the rear inner wheel arches. Plus if your car is very low like mine, you could dent the top of teh wheel arch as well.

Below is a pic of the high speed run. You drive as fast as you feel comfortable with ans then do a sharp right hand tur. It's fun when you mess it up as you'll spin. much more exciting that way.

There's also a small circuit as well which is laid out in cones once the high speed run is finished.

If you're thinking of doing it with andy walsh, i'd highly recommend it.

Sounds like a good idea. V-max run a similar event, with great results.

I'm sure you can expect a lot of support from P-H'ers.

As mentioned, stone damage is the biggest worry. If you can press gang the local road sweep truck to do a couple of runs to clear the crap, you'll have a good event on your hands IMO.

Good luck, mate. (Just try not to clash with any Lambo Club events!

North Weald isnt the best place for high speed runs if thats what your planning. It is more suited for driver training.

Bruntingthorpe is ideal for that and CraigW already runs VMAX events there (see the dedicated forum on here)
