Sadly another karter has been killed

I really am in shock hearing this very sad news

blimey, and on a short track as well. what kind of kart is an easykart? and there was me thinking of dusting down the 250gb for a play...

Details are sketchy at best from what I read on karting, so I think any speculation would be entirely wrong.

People stated making offensive comments so they pulled it..

Word is the chap was killed, that's it! no other news which I find is appalling..

Either easy cretin or Buckmoor should post some information

That really is sad news. Buckmore park is my local track too. I Know them easy karts can be on the heavy side. Not good when there in no neck protection

My god, It really has been a bad year again.
They are going to have to make some changes to Karts.
My condolences.

Kart Racing Promotions Ltd. (17/11)

The following statement has been released by the organisers of the Easykart event which took place last Sunday.

“Kart Racing Promotions Ltd in association with Club100 confirm that during an owner/driver Easykart race organised by ourselves and held at Buckmore Park Kart Circuit on Sunday 12th November, a collision occurred between two drivers which resulted in Adam Goatley, a 29 year old from Sidcup suffering serious injuries which resulted in his death at Medway Maritime Hospital later in the day.

Police Officers from West Kent attended the scene of the collision and a full report into the collision is being compiled. Health and Safety officers at Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council were informed, as was the Medway Coroner.

Kart Racing Promotions Ltd in association with Club100 offer their sincere condolences to Adam's family and friends at this tragic time.”
