Reports elsewhere on the net reckon that Schumacher was testing the kart 'in secret'. According to Motorsport News however, he was there for a full two days. A Brit karter at the circuit was reported as being very impressed with how much work Schumacher was putting in over the two cold November days.

Interesting, not doing the Race of Champions this year is he?

No surprises there, he's not going to be sitting on the beach for long, I can see him testing cars a Fiorano too in the future, probably setting the fastest laps then handing the car back to the "boys"........I can't believe for one moment that he is never going to set foot on track again in competition....

He was testing in italy 2 weeks ago. My girlfriends brother was testing there and met him.

Possibly he was simply testing karts to buy for his kart centre?

Apparently the boss of Tonykart is a mate of his so he did a good couple of days testing for him.

Schumi and some mates did do a 24 hr race at kerpen, managing no higher than 12th though.
