A young girl selling me a push bike for £6k had much, much, more product knowledge than my OPC on a GT3 RS at £100k....how can this be allowed to go on ....are we going to let them or stand together to change it ... lets have car sales people who love the product not just "THE SALE" "FOR EVIL TO SUCCEED, IT ONLY TAKES GOOD MEN(WOMEN)TO DO NOTHING" lets buy off people who want to create dreams, not shatter them.

I suppose the answer is it will go on as long as people continue to buy the cars in the numbers they are now.
I remember when I bought my 996 C2 and on the test drive I asked the salesman what the GT3 was like to drive as I might consider splashing out the extra dosh. "Oh, I've never driven one of those" was his reply. And despite me giving him those nice obvious buying signals and asking him about the GT3 again later, I never heard from him or any other OPC salesman again.
Fortunately, my recent experiences mean I'll never trouble an OPC sales floor again. And it could have been such a lovely marriage...
