Unmarked Dark Blue BMW

spotted at Durham services.

dishing out a ticket to an unsuspecing motorist.

No aerials on the roof. No markings at all. Blue flashers behind the grill and on the rear parcel shelf.

Dark Blue saloon ( seven series ??)

Very sneaky.

Not sure if its a 5 or 7 series ( not a BMW expert) but as i went past at a 'gentlemanly pace' ( Take note Zebs....!!) .

I couldn't see the details of it.

Just saw the blue lights and kept a 'low profile' (a-hem )
