I cannoy see it in their archives and don't want to subscribe if it is not there.

Does anyone know about the article? Can anyone tell me where I can get a copy?

no frank williams? perhaps his power is diluted by being shared by sam michaels and patrick head?

Frank's problem is he does not have any real factory backing, his team has not won anything for many years and manufacturers now dominate along with industralists. He is old school and times do change, thus Jordan and numerous other teams vanishing.
