I contributed to the last thread on this subject. Try POWERVAMP batteries - a fair bit cheaper than red top and they are pukka racing batteries to the same or very simmilar spec. I use them in my single seater.

www.powervamp.com

The manager that i have dealt with in the past is Ed Roller. I would expect them to be at the Historic Motorsport Show (Race Retro) this coming weekend & they will probably do show discounts!

I have to agree that Powervamps Racing Batteries are the Dogs. I recently brought one for the Race Retro Show and got a great show deal. It is also worth considering they can supply an alloy bracket to mount the battery. This is ultra lightweight being ally, but looks great too. Speak to Ed or Kelvin
