Ok so its time for the Plymouth to move on. I have enjoyed it and its an awesome looking car but I'm just thinking why not, why not go for what i originally was going to buy before the Plymouth.

So I'm looking for a blue Cobra, no stripes (is it that hard?), wet weather gear and one of the biggies (5.7litre+). Yes it'll be a replica but a good one at that so I'm budgeting between 24k to 30k.

If any of you know of any that may interest me then let me know. Also if any of you have experience of them. I've checked out Sovereign cars in England, e-bay and autotrader. Just not got the one i need.

Hold out for a gardner douglas. speak to andy burrows on 01949 843299. he's often got one or two kicking around, and if nothing else he's a good mind to pick, as there's nothing he doesn't know about cobras. alternatively join classic car club in glasgow/edinburgh and drive ours.....

Thanks for the information.

I had never heard of a Gardner Douglas however since reading your mail, I've noticed around 25+ cobras for sale on P-heads (I'd never looked) and from there I noticed the Cobra hard tops from Dave Brookes place, they are just awesome.

So i think i've made up my mind, its got to have a hard top and therefore is probably going to be a Dax model.

Plymouth for sale this weekend onwards, OH YES!!!
