help/info about de-registering NL car

i have a van registered in holland in my name, and i want to sell it to someone who is going to export it - can i deregister it first, at the post office? then would i only have deel 1 to give to him? if i can, what would i need? all 3 parts, APK and ID - nothing else?



he wants come to pick it up on monday, which is pinksteren of course so the post office is shut

cheers, struggled with it a bit then i got the number of the RDW off that site and phoned them

sorted, have to go to an RDW place to get the reg cancelled
