Eeck - Pool of oil!!!

Our 1 year old Mini Cooper has deposited a pool of what looks like hydraulic oil just under the drivers side front corner.
With the bonnet open it looks like its come from the engine mount on LHS.
Can anyone confirm if it is a oil filled damper? No obvious fluid loss from anywhere else, and all seems fine??
Trying to get it booked in ASAP - still warrantied and TLC pack so no issues - just curious?
Any ideas?

It is oil filled and yes we replace loads of them-There has been a quality enhancement on a batch of MINI's.With the bonnet open it looks like its come from the engine mount on LHS.

Book it in,it takes about 1/2 hour to replace..
PS,the engine wont fall out
