Just uploaded a new video to my web site. This is one of me and Steve Guglielmi of TVR racing fame giving my Chim a sound thrashing around the circuit.

Click the link and click on Bruntingthorpe Video 2.

Sorry, Neil, the file won't play with either Windows media player, or RealOne player. The soundtrack doesn't appear to be anyone hooning round a track, either. Are you sure it's the right clip?

Same as Nubbin I`m afraid Neil, downloaded nearly 6MB but only the soundtrack playing (doesn`t sound like the right clip either - no V8 in car sounds!)

Works fine on my PC.

These are the Video/Audio settings. It runs under DirectShow and are Microsoft WMV settings

Video - 4cc: WMV3
Codec - WMVideo Decoder DMO

Audio - WMMEDIASUBTYPE_WMAudioV7
Codec - WMAudio Decoder DMO-->Morgan Stream Switcher

There are no additional codecs needed to play this video.

Have you updated Windows Media Player?

Fourwheeldrift beat me to it. Sounds like a couple of you need to update Windows Mediaplayer with the latest codecs.

To try and help, I have changed the video format so that it should work on older codecs. The clip is of my car being videod as it goes around the track, not from inside the car.

It's just the creaking media player on my work computer. Now I'm at home (doncha just love the NHS!), it works fine.

Any in-car video from later in the day?

Just from inside my mate's S2000. Surprisingly quick, was keeping up with Chimaeras. Will post it later. (having trouble uploading stuff to my webspace)

P.S. Nubbin, you asked previously about sending you Hi Res pictures of the Tankersley meet when you got broadband. Have you got it yet? and do you still want the pictures?
