Toyota MR2 TTE Exhaust, SP Exhaust, Panel Filter

Hi All,
I have just bought a 2001 Toyota MR-2 Roadster get it next Monday. Well the exhaust looks like it only has about another three months life left in it and was informed earlier by the garage that they have not replaced it as they have changed all my tyres. Well I was wondering if anyone has a TTE or SP Exhaust as I have been looking on there website and they look quite good but cant decide between the two, pro's and con's etc. Also has anyone changed the panel filter for an aftermarket brand such a K&N etc just wondered what results people got.
