I am looking at buying a 2000/2001 Tuscan and was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on what to look for or any recurring faults that i should be aware of. Thanks in advance.

There's a checklist knocking around on here somewhere, written by TSS and covers just about everything you need to know. I have an old copy but I know he's updated it so hopefully he'll read your thread and mail you a copy. (Put your email link on your profile - it'll help people help you - ie I'll send you my old copy if TSS doesn't read this!)

One tip over and above the list and general common sense is that if you buy privately (apart from being brave) you'll need to let the seller drive first as this will show you how sympathetic they are with the car (they don't like being thrashed from cold)

Other than that drive a few because it'll make a dog easier to spot and prepare to smile a lot, tends to be a side effect of Tuscan ownership...

All the best
