What is my mini???

I think I have a 79 mini ( well thats what it says on the window wiper moter )and, I was told that, unless the wiper moter was changed , it should be a 1979. there is no paper-work with the mini. it also has no chassis number either!! so it was prob stolen at one time in its life. Does anyone know any other way i could find out what make,model etc. it is?????? thanks

It could well be a '79. Hard to tell from that photo. Does it not have a VIN plate on it or the number stamped in the scuttle channel?

What are your plans for it?

My plans are to get it back on the road and maby enter it into a few car shows........eventually!!!

If you have no paperwork and you suspect it may have been stolen at some point, you really need to find this out before you spend time and money on putting it back together.
