Hi, Im currently doing a product study for my A-level technology course on the topic of the Tuscan TVR 6 speed. I was interested on any help that could be given, like informative web-sites or personal reviews which may help me in my study.

thanks alot.

and even longer stories in here about it's 'redevelopment' (aka rebuilds) for those unlucky 'few'.

If you do a web search you'll pick up a lot of info and pics. You'll find review info available from the motoring magazines (evo, top gear - both have websites) and the 4car.co.uk website. The Tuscan has featured in quite a few evo mags so back issues may be of interest (you can see which issues the Tuscan appeared in by scanning the list of available back issues in each issue).

The videos here are good here too www.dhcars.co.uk/video.htm

Gary.

What sort of personal reviews are you looking for? If you were to put together a questionaire and post it on here I am sure you would get a lot of owners replying - just let us know what info you need!

Also, where are you in the country? Maybe someone could take you for a drive and let you take some pictures, let me know if West London is any good for you

AlanD did a product design thing on a Cerbera a while back for his A-Level project, you could ask him for any pointers.

Hey again, thanks for the info. I might put together a small survey for owners to fill in if they wished. I live in Manchester, and would love if a Tuscan owner would help me by showing me the vehicle upfront as it is not an easy task requesting information.

Have you tried the factory? If you give them a call, they may take you on a tour to see exactly how a Tuscan is made.

Is this an AS/ A2 level product study course? If so, are you not meant to come up with improvements for the product including several models and test rigs for materials etc etc??

If so, are you not better choosing something a little more simple and a little more little?? A friend of mine did a micra as he thought it could be improved easily - in the end he got a U for insufficient evidence of improvement and a lack of models.

If this is the A2 course then remember your product must pretty much work. If TVR cant do it a student certainly cant...

Im now onto the A2 part of the course myself - for the AS year I redesigned plugs - it was dull but easy and got me the grade I was after (A).
