The advert seems a little incorrect in places.
1)It says the wheels are bullets, they are not bullets. (They are S Spokes)
2)It also says it has the aero kit, it doesnt. It has standard Cooper S bumpers and skirts.
It looks a nice car though.
As for the lights.... runflat indicator should be easy to turn off. Just press and hold the button by the handbrake. It will go from red to amber and then eventually turn off.
The Traction Controll light only illuminates on mine when it is turned OFF. Flick the ASC / DSC switch down by the window controlls and see if it turns the light off. If not then it sounds like something is up with it.
