Following on from the DC-2 threads, I picked up my DC-5 today!

Flew up to Newcastle to get it this morning, and drove it home this afternoon!
How bloody far away is Newcastle from Berkshire!! JEEZ eek

Anyway, loving the car, SO much more grip than the EP3 I had before, and I'm loving the diff action! It just pulls you round corners in the wet where the civic would spin its inside wheel and understeer!!

Here's a couple of pics, they're only auction ones, but it was dark when I got home!!:

It's standard at the moment, bar a Mugen manifold and exhaust system, but I have some plans already!!evil

Nice...I really like DC5's and that looks like a really good example! Looks like a face-lift model?

Would love one in a couple of years...but in 2 years I'll still only be 21...and I hear insurance isn't pretty on DC5s for young people!

Hardly on your doorstep, but Litchfiled Imports are in Gloucs - only a 120 mile yomp!
Alternatively - http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/290662.htm
Or Car Imports Direct in Bristol and Devon
Or New Era Imports in Peacehaven, East Sussex

Nice lump of CF, but a tad too many vents for my tastes.
Still, looks good.

these are absolutely gorgeous, what do they go like compared to say a CTR or a Scooby? (which i came from) need something a bit more sharp and bulletproof.

cheers

Cheers CHIEF they use the K20 engine from the CTR thats been tweaked, mines around 230bhp. Better suspension than the civic also comes with Brembos as standard.

Also LSD, hydraulic power steering, (instead of the crappy electic system from the civic), higher redline, proper recaro seats evil
