Been sorting the min for its first rally, the Johnson Trophy on the 6th jan.
What was all clean and rustfree and protected two years ago is starting to return to the ferrous oxide state again. Little chips in the underseal, nuts and bolt heads etc. Globules of bright orange watery rust. Car is kept in a garage but whilst it doesn't rain in, it doesn't stay dry in there, when its cold condensation starts .....
Oh well in a couple of years I'll have another restoration project to go at.

Have a great Christmas everyone and a healthy happy 2008

What you really need for Christmas is a Carcoon. Much better than bad jumpers, poor quality shortbread and a myriad of other crud you'll be purchased hehe

Failing Santa coming up trumps...Sell the wife, buy one and then plug one of the beauties in (providing the garage/lock up has power), Hey presto dry car...

Have thought about one but don't think you can work on the car in it and if you use the car every few days its another thing to sort before you drive off. Was going to get a de-humidifier, was using one for a while last year but then my wife wanted it back for the house....
