Hi I am new here and hope you can help.
I purchased some Corbeau classic seats with subframes, but have found that when I offer them up the rear is to low (or the front to high?)am I missing something silly?

Also does anybody have a tax exempt pickup logbook for sale?

thanks

Why would you just want the log book? Not ringing a car are you?

There is a limit of how much of a car you can replace befor it is not the same car. This effects a lot of KIT car builders. It is tempting to get free tax (I would not quite say it was ringing) but just changing the number plates and vin plate on a car is aginst the law. But how did over 30 in a 30 limit today?

Thats not a very good arguement, just because I may stray to 34 in a 30 doesnt mean I can break the law in other places, would it be ok to kill? In your arguement it would!

Although ringing is illegal and none of us would condone that, Take the case, an old mini rotten to high heaven ready for the scrap heap, in its time it has had subframes replaced engine and box replaced as nearly all have, and nearly all the panels replaced just to breath life into the old model and keep a piece of history on the road is it morally that wrong (really like buying a new shell?).
Although this is hyperthetical topic because it is illegal.

No Iam not saying that. My point is that we all on a day to day bases make our mind up on what we think is ok to do. With in the law or out side it. It is a risk/choice he has to make. Any way you should be able to kill some for touching your new car wink

Any way no more politics. Hope he gets his seats in ok. And maybe get a pre 1972 mini and use the subframes etc so the papers are ok?
