I've just put a new cat back system on the S2000 - a BuddyClub Pro Spec.

Sounds absolutely mindblowing AWESOME when on VTEC - the downside is, even when pootling, its MONUMENTALLY, TITANICALLY, ITER-GALACTICALLY LOUD.

Pics and hopefully a vid or two to follow...

Then we can have a sweepstake of how long it is before I swap it back to OE!

So you went for a quiet exhaust then huh? Good stuff.

Honestly? I don't smile It's the reason I've not taken my car on a UK track yet.

I've only done Nurburgring, and then it's either bung/silencer (that robs me of 15 hp) or it's roll up to the gate and sheepishly drive on and then don't get off the track till all my laps are done and go straight home.

I've a J's racing with custom silencer to go on as soon as I can be bothered. Apparently that get's it down to ~ 98dB.

So I could be on the track soon. I hope so, as it's far too much fun for the roads.

Next question - I'm worried about getting pulled over by the BiB...dipping the clutch can only get me so far, at some point I'm going to need some meaningful acceleration.

Can they actually prosecute me for anything?

"Using a car in a manner to cause distress and/or alarm" I think is the charge. I've printed it off and got it in the car smile

Then it's only a caution (and on the second offence in 12 months they can take your car).
