BB do you know if the owner would be a little more specific about the car, as a Burgundy (red-ish) griff coming towards you is not easily recognisable as a 4.3 BV , 'Burundy Griff reg J*** FCK' would be more helpful, assuming it has the same plates on.
btw may the pond life that stole this die slowly and painfully .

I thought you were going to say it was yours for a minute Ballistic!

Condolences to the owner of the one that has been stolen - lets just hope they decide to "see what it can do" on a particularly narrow, twisty and ever so slippery Welsh mountain road... oh, with a 2000 foot sheer drop at both sides... no, hang on, that would knack the car up a bit wouldn't it! Ok, lets hope they stop for petrol and get run over by a Shell Optimax tanker That should do it.

Yep - post more details - we are all out in Surrey tonight so you never know!

A burgundy Griff being followed by dozens PH Ladies in their motors . . . sounds like something out of Benny Hill!

Hey, Jessica, just looked at your profile...have you been to any of the TVRCC Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, North Wales etc. etc. meetings at the Swan with Two Nicks? I Missed the last two, but it sounds to me like you have exactly the car I'm hoping to move up to in the next year or so.
If you could get along to a meeting I'd love to get a closer look. It would also be the first Chimaera I've seen there!

This is bad news, as in general TVRs seem less prone to being nicked than other marques. Hope it's recovered soon, safe & sound.

I really do hope for the owners sake that they find it soon and in the same condition as when it was nicked....except for the additional well thrashed extra milage.

Really does make you think about one word though........ Tracker!!

If anybody can help: S798CFS, my 1999 Viper GTS blue pearlescent, with portland silver TVR Griffith 500; reading circa 20000 miles; was nicked early this morning by a (professional?) gang from a paint bodyshop in the West Midlands. They cut through metal garage doors and either trailered it away, or knew how to start a TVR with no battery. It was in, because the paint on the nose had crazed very badly, so it is quite recognisable.

Reward for any information leading to the recovery or to the individuals that stolen it etc.
