3 Nails in the tyre...Coincidence?

Well

Jost got back from the supermarket after rescuing wife with 3 nails (3 inch) in the tyre!!

Seems a bit too much of a coincidence

Got full AA cover including hire car and they will not let her have the car as it is still driveable to and from work WTF!!
Made her wait over 2 hours as a lone femail!
Staff on the phone were abrupt and rude. No wonder we are outsourcing our call centres abroad, as all the ones I use (BT, ISP, AA, bank etc) are useless. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG

Only just taken out the cover. Still in the 14 day cooling period and so will cancel and go with RAC!

I've found the call girls (!?) at the AA rather brusque but the actual blokes who come out to get you are great - helpful and will take a small bribe to bend the rules in your favour.

Sorry, never had a problem with the AA, except once when she cut herself off during a sales pitch.
I made the mistake of trying to get back in touch with the same person.....
3 nails in the tyre seems more like vindictive action, but could be a hit single as a change from "3 coins in the fountain".
