Dodgy Clutch

Hi guys, I have just put an up-rated clutch on me Fezzie Turbo but it doesn't seem to be goin into gear and the bitin point is when you push your foot on the clutch, all the way down to the floor.

Its a new clutch kit so it cant be the clutch ratchet... ??

I have been told by a m8 that I need to put a mk 5 clutch foot peddle in there and adjust it manually with an allan key?

Any feedback as its all been adjusted but i still cant get it into gear!

Had this problem with an AP clutch on a RST was solved by swapping to the adjustable peddle from a mk 6 escort. Not sure how well it would fit on a fiesta though?
