Have been looking at something else to replace or run alongside the Ultima. Something that would give more practically and less maintainace for track slogging.

Here's a little report on what I found. Next time you find yourself up against a GT3 or RS on track, believe me, they are fooking brilliant, forgiving, and amazing grip outta the bends....but as far as fun and overall experience compared to the Ultima, they don't come close....IMHO. Blue, you have a very nice brace of cars there. Right colour and the perfect solution to a two car garage. Hats off.

Thanks Lucky. They are truly amazing cars to use everyday. Vmax proves just how capable the whole package is and how it can take the abuse and then next day drive gently along to work! Will go round and have a butchers at your engine tomorrow then giving the ultima 6 hours of polishing ready for the summer (snow forecast looks great).

.... Jeff had 30,000 trouble free miles on a heads and cam LS6 before he put the TT in there.... and when I say "miles" I mean "Jeff miles".... and that means trackdays, drag racing and burnouts on every street corner.
