General consensus is that unless you are going with a set of heads that requires roller rockers they are a waste of money.
The stock rockers are good.
You may get a few rwhp like 7-10bhp with the higher ratio, drivability will be much the same, but price per bhp isnt worth it.
Save your money for something else like fuel. Or a decent full map dyno tune etc.

If they are ultra cheap and you bolt them on yourself maybe, otherwise look elsewhere.

As above. If you intend sticking with the standard ratio of 1.7 then there probably isnt any point. Unless you just want them.

If you want a higher ratio, then by all means go ahead. Its certainly a lot easier than a camshaft swap, and would help a little with the blower.
If however you are contemplating a camshaft swap at some point, then dont bother with high lift rockers. Stick with the standard ratio.

I think I paid sub $400 for my 1.7 Ultralights. I assume the 1.8's would be the same price.
Just make sure your valvesprings can take whatever lift you are aiming for. I got my rockers from Ron at Vengeance Racing, and I think Terry from here also dealt with him recently.
Another guy some here have used, is Erik at HK Racing Engines. Either of them should be able to sort you with whatever you need.

Havng had them, money better spent towards other mods IMO - per pound gain is not very good IMO.

If you get adjustable ones I'd avoid the crane items, their nasty and cheap imo plus a pain to adjust. I expect the non adjustable item is also nasty and cheap. If going non adjustable the Yella Terra items are really nice quality and shaft mounted in pairs. A Much nicer product.

I think the standard ones are about as light as they come.

The Crane Gold rockers get very good reviews....

Pretty sure any of the adustables ones are a no-go, as they all require taller valve covers.
Not really much point in them anyway, for 99% of applications

Although lifter pre-load can be a PITA to setup, given you have to swap pushrods :S
I still dont think adjustable rockers are worth the hassle despite that.

Yep thanks to Stevie I dealt with Ron @ Vengeance when upgrading my valve train. Really nice guy, and excellent service/prices.

I fitted some cranes, 1.7 iirc to an engine with stock covers. They fitted ok but were still a pita and I really don't like them.
