Hi Guys
As iam thinking about building a new pinto for my car, i was wondering if you knew some places dedicated to this engine. I've tried oldskoolford, but that i quite general, and there isn't any sales section either. What iam looking for is basically a Pinto/old ford forum or internet ressource.
Cheers.

Can't help with your original query, but I am a big fan of the Pinto engine, they are usually bulletproof...I have covered around 400,000 miles in several cars since 1976 with these engines, without any trouble whatsoever, Capris,Granadas,Westfields etc,...
Just make regular oil and filter changes to ensure the spray bar does not get blocked up as premature camshaft wear can occur, but cam kits are cheap anyhow..........

[quote=# Lord Lucan #]approximately 50mm in height when closed this allows for the breather hose to fit to the take off
Thanks for you answer. Do you mean that it is 50mm higher than the standard item? If so ther is no way i can fit that under my bonnet. :-(Gassing Station | Ford | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
