Advice need re tyre sizes

Can anyone confirm how wide a rear tyre will sit on the standard M400 rims and not catch on bodywork.

Before you start changing tyre sizes and messing up your handling it might be worth having a look at this thread!

OTOH, I have been using that size tire on my car for about a year now with no handling problems whatsoever for road or track use. They work very well, IMO.
There is, however, an interference situation on the inner trim strip at full suspension compression that requires a slight modification to correct.
