There's a showing before that to a certain online forum apparently.............
Why 2 out on interest? Speculation that they will go up in value or to enjoy one & sell the other? How does this work as no prices have been announced?
Bought one for myself and one for one of my staff, we are both big rs fans, main reason i think the car will hold its value very well (not much else does these days) Why 2 out on interest? The old RS is pretty good for retaining its value, as long as it's left standard and there aren't too many miles on it. I'm sorely tempted, but I could never get the Mrs to agree to it. I'll have to wait around for a second hand one in 4 or 5 years time.that figure is worldwide not UK so very low figure.
''The Ford Focus RS was manufactured on its own production line at Ford's Saarlouis plant in Germany. Production started on 2 October 2002 and ended on 11 November 2003 when the final vehicle, number 4501 of a limited worldwide production run of 4500, rolled off the line''.
wonder what happened to car 4501 strange why they still say 4500 cars???
found this today saying 350bhp on the new 2009 ford focus, that would be nice
''The concept version of the new Ford Focus RS is to unveil at this summer's 2008 British Motor Show, and some spyshots of the 2009 Ford Focus RS concept is leaked out online.
As the spies from Nurburgring enthusiast site bridgetogantry.com (BTG), they claim the production version will in fact be available with 4WD after witnessing the prototype over steer while powering round the circuit, previous reports stated that only FWD will be offered.
If that isn't enough, BTG say the RS version of the Focus will pump out a monstrous 350bhp which far exceeds the 280-300bhp we had expected.
Still around 3 months away from the unveiling of the concept version, so we will have to wait and see if initial specifications reach these scaly heights (oh boy we hope so!!!), but keep an eye out as the pre motor show leaks begin to unravel.''

Number 4501 is currently in the possession of a fellow RS Owners Club member - it was originally sold by Ford to a guy on the RSOC who then sold it around summer last year to another RSOC member Car is still going strong too Gassing Station | Ford | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
