Buying a Sprinter travelliner

i'm planning to buy a new traveliner and i've got one to testdrive this weekend
its the 313 tl7 - does that mean its seats at the back plus the two at the front? or 7 alltogether?
also do mercedes benz do the 16 seater conversions or would an outside company do them?
do the new range of sprintliners have any known faults or problems with them aswell? what are they like on maintainence?
