Gearbox linkage recon

Can anyone help?

I am trying to get hold of the little plastic washers that the linkage arms have to pass through on a 4 speed box.

Plus does anyone know that the clips are called that hold them on? I want to say C-clips...(they look like the same clips that hold rubber mounts on exhaust mounts)

Can anyone help?

Queensberry Road Garage sell them, but he REFUSED to sell me all of them, and insisted he would only sell me the ones I needed. I hadn't done the job yet (still haven't), so I didn't know. He's a funny old stick, but he knows his stuff.
