Not posted for sometime as I was selling my car & thought it best to shut up for once and let others have their say but after my experience today I am somewhat revitalised and wanted to make a few points….

Should anyone have noticed (sorry to bore you now) but my car sale (V8 HSV) has been withdrawn & not sold as per PH classified ad indicates – this has come about from a trip to Monkfish Performance today - they very quickly & professionally identified a few issues that should have been spotted previously and it needs rectifying but as they are on holiday next week they have kindly kept my car ready to work on upon their return. Nice coffee Andy & thanks Roger, very impressed with the set-up too

Thanks to Wortec (Paul) for the ride home in a very nice red Ute, a boat might have been more appropriate though LOL

For those that know me my loyalty has now changed allegiance, I have been such a tw@t for such a long time
Sorry to have taken up your valuable time

A cryptic post if ever I saw one.
Are you now saying you are going to keep the beast?

If so, jolly good decision Sir.

I think that is what is implied, along with another 'tick' for the guys over at Monkfish.

Good to see you posting again Will.

I see it more of a big fat X where appropriate & a big green tick from today's experience. Not working I cannot justify running two modified cars but from today I would want consder selling my smart, flogging the reg plate, ripping out the in-car system & find a local job & walk to work. Seriously if or when the car comes up for sale I need to be happy that it is working as it should be.

Thanks for the replies

Hey Will. I saw you on the A34 this morning. I was in my red VXR8 on route to milton keynes.

Were you on route to the tuner?

Regards, Mike

Yes Mike that was me this morning on my way to MK too except as guessed I had an appoitment with Monkfish & Wortec, just managed to give you the thumbs up whilst pulling off for Tote Services. Mentioned this to the wife this evening about what a good photo opportunity that woulod have made for a spotted post, quite rare to have two four door cars fromm the same stable together, rare enough to see either on the roads as this was my first on the road sightiung of the VXR8, how nice it looked too, great road presence that photos cannot capture IMAO - Will

yep, thanks for the thumbs up. I did acknowledge you but you have tinted windows so didnt see too well, especially in the £$%^ weather today!.

yes rare to see these two together on the road side by side. Hopefully we can meet at the next get together, drift day etc.....

Mine's got the 20" wheels on it. Waiting for a good SC kit that doesnt cost the world!.
