M3 pre-purchase inspection

Just been to see a late '03 54,000 mile M3, and am going to go for it. Seems straight, comes with an indy warranty, and has had a PPI, but by the dealer, so I want to get it inspected myself. Any suggestions? Should I get the BMW one? Car's up in Leeds.

Better late than never, The Car Inspection Company did my E46 M3 and the guy who visited it spent about 2 hours with the car and another 20 mins on the phone to me going through it in great detail. It's obviously not as good as getting it up on a ramp and plugging in diagnostics but it's far cheapers, £250 quid from memory.
