A4 mirror switch!!!

daft as this sounds, i broke my mirror swicth on my 2001 a4, so i bought a new one, but now i got it i cant see how to change it??? anybody here done one?? help!!lol
this is urgent as its all that stands between my the curb and my missus's destroying my wheels!! dig deep guys!!

Not at all i take it you want to remove the armrest panel switch board with the window and rearview mirror controls?

Is yours the a4 with rounded rear lights ie b6 model variant?

If you need to check model designation go to youtube and search audi b6 awe.

yeah hi, it is a b6, yes its the round switch i got to change but could see no obvious way, thanks mate

Ok in basic form i think you will have to take the door panel off.I have the haynes bible and could scan in relevant pages and send to you if you wish.
