None payment of PISTONFEST ticket by Pistonheader.

I sold a £25 Pistonfest ticket to a fellow Pistonheader who arranged to pay me on the day.
I met the said Member on the day and he offered no payment for the ticket.
I was too embarrassed to actually ask for the money.
After Pistonfest, I have repeatedly e-mailed the said Member asking for the money to be posted to me.
Months down the line, I still have not received payment.
I do not want to do go down this line, but I will name and shame the said Pistonheader on these boards if my £25 is not received by 01/10/2003.
