I'm toying with the idea of trading in the Z3 for a 330 coupe. According to parkers the 330 has slightly better fuel economy despite my zed only being 2 litres.

Can anyone give me an idea of realistic figures.

In the zed I get about 25-27 around london, 28-30 on a motorway journey.

Around town 22-23mpg. At 70mph with cruise control on 40.1mpg. On a spirited long drive 32mpg.

I did 120,000 miles in mine, I never reset the computer and it always hovered around the 27.8mpg. mind you an awful lot of those miles were motorway so were spent at 70mph

sounds like it's not any worse - I've just got to find the right trusty steed now. Alas it's not easy to sell a convertible at the start of winter...

First 1000 miles in mine at the av.mpg reads 29.. This is mix of dual carriageway and a little town work.

Did a 100 mile run 95% dual carriageway the other day and got 35. Not bad for 3 litres.

An average of 25-28MPG seems attainable

25-28 should be easy to get. I'm getting 33 out of mine, 80% motorway driving at 80+ 20% heavy traffic (gotta love the blackwall tunnel!)
