dealer warranties

Can anyone tell me why TVR dealers don't offer their own warranty on a used car rather than having to use Warranty |Holdings who I find bit of a nightmare to deal with. Thanks.

'Cos selling cars is a different business from selling insurance. Hence they buy it in and take a commission on sales.
