What's the score if you dont know you're going 'till about 3 days before you leave? Will I get a campsite/see any racing/get geandstand tickets and track crossing tickets etc.

You`ll get general entrance tickets, you should be able to get on the chunnel (although ferries unlikely),and if you ring the Le Mans tourist office you may be able to get a room.

You wont however (unless you pay through the nose)get on a camping site or in a grandstand (not that you need to).

Loads of people just turn up and bunker down where they can so I wouldn`t worry too much!

camping hardest part, ferry second hardest. Admission just pay on the gate.

Last year we managed to buy camping tickets off a guy on PH through the classifieds and got our ferry ticket off e-bay.

booked on sunday, went on thursday. its possible but i would try and arrange camping before you go, even if its only a few days before

I too didn't get my camping tickets until the last minute last year. I got the tickets on the Tuesday and went down on the Thursday - got them by pleading on this site for tickets and someone gave me a call and sold me a pair.

I booked my crossing in January though so I can't comment on avalibility.

What's the score if you just found out today that you are going

Nothing booked however - anyone on here got spare camping tickets and fancy a Noble joining their convoy?

Where's the best place now to buy camping tickets. A quick scan of the web shows most places full .

Goodlife, I'd love to go down with a Noble, preferablymine but it is'nt due 'till July/August so I'll have to slum it in the Evo.
PS - Have we met at any Noble events?

Try the CLub-arnage.com forums ( sell and swap) all trades are at face value so you shouldn't get stung.

Since camping is relatively cheap anyway why not just buy the camping permit now and then you only have to worry about the ferry if you decide to go at the last minute.
As Schnozz says, general admission tickets are no problem. Just get them on the gate.

Keep your eyes on PH nearer the time too. We sell unwanted tickets on the forums if we have any left and they tend to go instantly.
