Search not working..

What is the best service provider for iPhone 4 ?

Vodafone seem to have double the data usage than O2.

I'm looking around, Tesco seem to have decent deals.

Buy it outright and then look for the sim only plans.

I don't need mins or texts, I use mainly data.

I changed to 3 as I can get 2GB for £15 a month, and I have used half that in 3 weeks.

I would say Tesco, they use o2's signal and are significantly cheaper then o2.

O2's signal ain't good for me, though I'm tempted to go the Tesco route, they seem to be the only ones offering a 12 month contract?
I may be able to sell the handset & almost break even?

I think the iphone 4 costs 320 pounds or so on that deal

I've considered both PM and PAYG plans for 600m, U/L texts etc. Prices are VF as they're the only ones I can get a signal from here and they have higher data allowance

PAYG - £20pm, PM is £35pm

PAYG - £20 x 24 = £480 + £500 = £980
PM - £35 x 24 = £840 + £120 = £960

I don't use 600 mins so my costs will be
PM - £30 x 24 = £720 + £170 = £890

So PM (£30pm) for me... I don't need to "get out" of contract earlier than 18/24 months anyway so the extra "flexibility" is pointless for me. I can still spend £3 extra a month and still cheaper than the 600min tariff.

Do you need to stay on the same network? I was with VF, I went to 3. Not the best network .. but reasonable value.

•100 Minutes
•3000 texts
£10 a month (30day rolling contract) and added 2GB for an extra £5.

I live in a village in deepest sussex and cannot really get a signal from anyone but Vodafone who have a mast not half a mile from here biggrin

On O2 at the moment (near end of contract) and can get signal but barely and cuts out on most calls, if I'm in the front room upstairs I may have better luck biggrin

Vodafone has been great for me so far. Admittedly i'm about 1/2 a mile from their global HQ though so i'd hope so!
(i'm also on a F&F contract, so definitely not biased wink)

But seriously, no complaints about coverage yet.
