Military Pension

When I hit my 16 year point (aged 38) i'll be retiring from the RAF. Currently my final annual pension will be fixed at circa £12.5k until age 65 then index linked back to 2010.

Does anyone know what kind of pension pot i would have to have in order to get this kind of return in the real world (ie outside of the military!)
