Need to rent a nice Flat 2 bed one month only

Ok here is the idea I need to rent a flat for 1 month in November. Needs to be a 2 bedroom and have parking and we want it in the bay.

We only want 1 month nothing else. We want it to be all in.

Reason we are seeing if this route is cheaper than a Hotel/B&B for 2 couples. Im assuming it is by some margin.

So anyone know how to go about this?

Im a landlord myself and know there are plenty oh PH too. So a change to potentially share the wealth.

Where are you looking at going? I've found a few dotted about the country when working on site, it's much nicer working away from home and having a flat to go back to rather than a hotel so I always look for this kind of thing.

Ok, what I meant was get in touch with some landlords who have properties in the area you are looking at. A friend did this a few months back and soon came up with an arrangement.
