I did get some interesting comments from Tony 996 thus I e-mailed the senior director at Airtrack outlining a lot of the complaints. I have been assured that things have improved !?? He did say that they are at the mercy of the ACO and their last minute changes of venue however. Here's hoping that things will be better.
