I made chocolate linguine...



Tasted like normal pasta.

Polenta chips...



Tasted like polenta (not my favourite) so I tried 80% potato, 20% polenta and got the same even golden finish and they tasted like chips

Those chips look fantastic.

The pasta reminds me of my biggest culinary cock-up. Savoury chocolate risotto. Thought it was worth playing about with, so I tried a few different times, modifying everything but it just made me feel sick. Very nasty.

Mashed peanut/potato mix was quite nice, a mossala sauce made it epic.
